Refund policy

We accept returns for products received in damaged, defective, or faulty condition, in unused condition with original packaging.

Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with pictures and videos, on WhatsApp (0334-6600449) or email (contact@toysnursery.com).

Once approved, the refund will be made within 7 days after we receive the returned product.

The customer must send the product back to us; shipping charges are non-refundable.
